Death Penalty Abolition Week: “A Call to Action”

Join us at the University of Notre Dame for Death Penalty Abolition Week events featuring discussions with exonerees, attorneys, authors, experts, and more. All are welcome to attend.

“A Call to Action” will be held in 3140 Eck Hall of Law and will feature a panel discussion moderated by Syl Schieber ’72 M.A., ’74 Ph.D. Joining Syl will be Sarah Craft, Interim Director of Indiana Abolition Coalition; Kathleen Lucas, Director of Pennsylvanians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty; and Donna Schneweis, Director of Kansas Coalition Against the Death Penalty

Death Penalty Abolition Week is sponsored by the Notre Dame Law School Exoneration Justice Clinic, the Institute for Social Concerns, and the Klau Institute for Civil and Human Rights.

Co-sponsored by the American Constitution Society, Notre Dame Exoneration Project, Jus Vitae, Women’s Legal Forum, and the National Lawyers Guild.
