Death Penalty Abolition Week: “Enduring 30 Years on Death Row in Alabama”

Join us at the University of Notre Dame for Death Penalty Abolition Week events featuring discussions with exonerees, attorneys, authors, experts, and more. All are welcome to attend.

“Enduring 30 Years on Death Row in Alabama” will be held in the Eck Visitors Center and will feature opening remarks by Dean Marcus Cole followed by a tak by Anthony Ray Hinton, death row exoneree and author of “The Sun Does Shine”.

Death Penalty Abolition Week is sponsored by the Notre Dame Law School Exoneration Justice Clinic, the Institute for Social Concerns, and the Klau Institute for Civil and Human Rights.

Co-sponsored by the American Constitution Society, Notre Dame Exoneration Project, Jus Vitae, Women’s Legal Forum, and the National Lawyers Guild.
